What we collect

When you buy, Stripe collects your payment details and email. We receive your email, the product, the amount and the date. We never see your card number. This website is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes standard web-request data such as IP addresses under its own policy. We count page views using Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, and we count purchases from Stripe. We also count page views ourselves, storing only the date, the page and the campaign tag in the link, if there is one. We store no IP address, cookie or user agent.

How we use it

To deliver the toolkit, send your receipt, answer support requests and handle refunds. We do not sell your data. We share it only with the services that run the site and take payment (Stripe, Cloudflare, and our email provider if you ask for email). We send no marketing email unless you ask for it and can always unsubscribe. We keep purchase records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, and delete other data on request.

Where we sell

We sell to buyers in the United States only. If you buy from elsewhere we may cancel the order and refund you. Prices are in US dollars.

Delivery

After payment you get a download link on the confirmation page and by email from Stripe. If the link does not work, email us.

Who it is for

You must be 18 or older. Our toolkits are for working professionals.

What you are buying

A digital toolkit of AI prompts and templates, for your own use. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the toolkit yourself or inside your own business. Do not copy, resell or share it. You own what you create with it. The toolkit is not tax, accounting, legal, real estate, educational, medical or other professional advice. AI output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing every result and for following your professional standards, your employer's or school's policies and the law that applies to you. Never paste confidential client, student or customer data into an AI tool unless you are allowed to. All examples use made-up data. We make no promise about results. The toolkit is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the price you paid.

Trademarks

Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Excel, Google Sheets and other names belong to their owners. We are not affiliated with them.

Refunds

Within 30 days of purchase, email hello@talcolabs.com and we refund you in full, no questions. We refund through Stripe to your original payment method; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days.

Your rights

Email hello@talcolabs.com to ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted. We reply within 45 days. We may keep purchase records as the law requires.
